Harmony Leader Training Workshop
Harmony Leader Training Workshop is held the weekend prior to Winter Camp
(9th-10th January) and teaches you many of the useful techniques you will need as a music facilitator to apply to groups who sing in harmony.
This workshop includes various teaching methods and skills based on NLP strategies, such as the application of the four main learning styles: aural, kinaesthetic, visual, and conceptual (analogue-digital or AD).
Learn about group cohesion and methods of positive reinforcement and techniques to improve pitch, rhythm and blending. Acquire universal and learned conducting skills. Develop rehearsal, performance and musical ability, and the art of making it fun!
Ideal for teachers, choirmasters, group facilitators and anyone who finds themselves teaching others in any musical capacity. Experienced or just starting out, this workshop caters for every level of musical expertise.
