Payment is required in full to secure your booking.
Any cancellation must be made in writing (email).
You will receive a refund minus $60 admin fee.
Health requirements: Please advise us of any health conditions which may affect your participation in the event and ensure that you carry appropriate medications.
Our commitment to you: If Brian or Imogen are unable to come for any reason, we will find a replacement facilitator.

RISK WAVER: In the case of an emergency where I am unable to communicate, I authorise the programme crew to arrange for me to receive such medical treatment as may be deemed necessary. I also undertake to pay or reimburse costs which may be incurred for medical treatment, ambulance transport and drugs associated with any such emergency. I understand that although JOSWC crew and facilitators attempt to minimise any risk of personal injury within practical boundaries, accidents do happen and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury. I agree to accept all responsibility for any actions I take that may involve risk and I acknowledge that by agreeing to the terms and conditions, JOSWC crew and facilitators do not become responsible for any activities I should choose to participate in.
